Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, welcome by your guide and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. In the evening you will enjoy your dinner at a cruise at the Saigon River. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City full-day tour (B, L)
Starting off your day with an interesting sightseeing tour of Ho Chi Minh City, visit Reunification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Central Post Office and War Museum. Lunch will be served at a local Vietnamese restaurant. Afternoon, we will visit Thien Hau temple, Emperor Jade then Ben Thanh Market. Having your own dinner and overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Be – Can Tho (B, L)
The colorful market, vast emerald rice fields, and lush back waterways; these are the things that make Cai Be such a desired destination. After driving 2.5-hours from Ho Chi Minh cruise the many tributaries of the Mekong to visit Cai Be floating market, wonder through vibrant tropical fruit gardens as well as visiting home cottage industries making 'pop' rice. Day 4: Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
You wake up to the sounds of the Mekong River welcoming a new day. Take a boat trip to join in the Cai Rang floating market – one of the most bustling floating markets in Mekong Delta with hundreds of small boats barging and jostling for space to sell their goods and to experience the Mekong rural lifestyle. After sampling local fruits, our guide will escort the guests back to the hotel through myriad canals. Lunch at a local restaurant before return to Ho Chi Minh City. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City
Day 5: Ho Chi Minh City – Da Nang – Hoi An (B, L, D)
Having breakfast at the hotel before we depart will bring you to the Tan Son Nhat Airport and bring you to Da Nang International Airport. When you arrive at Da Nang International Airport we will continue towards Hoi An Town. Having lunch in Hoi An. In the afternoon you can enjoy the charming streets of this UNESCO heritage town, with the bright yellow colors and streets with lanterns. You will visit the Japanese Bridge, Pottery museum and Tan Ky’s old house. Dinner in a local restaurant in Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 6: Hoi An Eco-Farming & Fishing Tour (B, L)
We have an early start this morning as we head off to our Farming & Fishing Life Eco Tour. Starting at Tra Que Village, we will get a personal insight into the local farming communities. We set about joining the farmers in preparing their land for sowing, helping to fertilize the garden using seaweed from the local river and watering it in using huge tin cans strapped to our backs. Following this, we will begin our leisurely cycling tour through the countryside witnessing local Vietnamese rural life first hand.
Late morning we will board our Hoi An Eco-tour boat for a river cruise. Here we will meet and witness local fishermen working their craft, before enjoying a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing. We then transfer to a Vietnamese bamboo basket boat for a quick race and ride down a coconut palm-lined waterway. Lunch today is on board our boat, which is prepared using vegetables picked earlier at Tra Que Village. After lunch, we will be free at the beach or stroll around the town. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 7: Hoi An free day (B)

Day 8: Hoi An – Da Nang - Hue (B, L)
In the morning, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing for Hue. On the way, we will visit the Marble Mountains and the Cham Museum. We will also make a stop at the stunning Hai Van pass and Lang Co Beach where you can take some memorable pictures before proceeding to a local restaurant where we will have lunch. When we have arrived in Hue City, we will in the afternoon visit the Dong Ba Market and the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. Overnight in Hue.
Day 9: Hue – Ha Noi city tour (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we proceed towards the airport to depart for Hanoi. When arriving at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, guide and driver will pick you up and bring you to your hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi City. Enjoy a 1-hour cyclo tour of the French-inspired Old Quarter. We will be free for shopping in the old quarter ranges from markets through to designer boutiques. In the afternoon, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda on the edge of West Lake. Having dinner at a restaurant in Old Quarter Hanoi. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 10: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay (B, L, D)
After breakfast, the driver and van will pick you at the hotel to depart for the 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay. Journey there through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta, observe everyday life of Vietnamese villagers as they work the rice fields, take pigs to the market on motorbikes and plow the fields with their water buffaloes. Arrive from Hanoi late morning and welcome at the pier. Check-in procedures and transfer to your boat for the overnight journey into the Bay. Lunch is served on board as you cruise into Ha Long Bay. Cruise by rock formations with such names as Sail, Dog and Dinh Huong (incense pot). Towards the end of the day set anchor for the night as the sun sets followed by dinner. Overnight in Ha Long Bay.
Day 11: Ha Long Bay- Ha Noi (B, L)
Wake up and enjoy the sunrise, a wholesome breakfast before visiting the recently discovered Surprise Grotto with its great views, and on the next island see the yawning mouth of Bo Nau Cave. Continue visiting Bai Tu Long bay En route the junk weaves through strange-shaped rock formations that invite comparisons from fighting cocks to dragons and even General de Gaulle’s nose! After another wonderful fresh seafood lunch on Board, take a van back to Hanoi by road. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 12: Hoa Lu - Tam Coc Ninh Binh (B, L)
In the morning, depart for Hoa Lu with 2 hours driving. The capital of Vietnam from 968 AD to 1010 AD during the Dinh and early Le Dynasties is Hoa Lu, which however has left its legacy in the form of two small temples, each one nearly a thousand years old. After two and half hour drive from Hanoi, we visit these remaining structures, dedicated to the Dinh and Le Rulers, then climb 200 steps to the top of Ma Yen mount for a fantastic view over the surrounding areas.
The next stop of our trip is Tam Coc which is surnamed "Inland Halong Bay". We take a boat trip on a river through the quiet and peaceful landscape of rice fields surrounded by limestone formations to the grottoes of Tam Coc. Overnight in Ha Noi.
Day 13: Ha Noi and departure (B)
In the morning you will enjoy your breakfast at the hotel before getting ready to leave Hanoi. While waiting for your flight, you are free to do what you please, and as you will leave, we will bring you to the Noi Bai International Airport. End of the package.
